CAMPAIGN wise report is needed. If multiple services (Whatsapp, SMS, email) are used in a Campaign, where the report should have all used service delivery statuses in one report.

Filter Feature for Top 100 and in multiples of 100
Depending in the limitations setup by WhatsApp if a business needs to initiate campaign specific to only top 100 or multiple of 100 it should be easily doable. Bringing such business required feature will help many businesses in days ahead and provide better experience of MSG91 Segmento platform.

Button /Arrow requirement in Hello
Can we have an arrow/button which can bring us directly to the top of any email/chat thread and vice-versa.

Whenever the bot replies, an sms icon is displayed. it should show the whatsapp icon as the msg is sent via whatsapp
There is always a msg reply icon under the bot icon under the message sent by bot. As it's a whatsapp message, whatsapp icon should be sent instead.

Auto reply bot should be able to reply to any coversation that's recently reopened.
Bot does not reply to the reopened conversation. It should do so.

Login via User Invitation Link x MSG91
Feature should be brought that should allow the user to login with one click or in easy form filling. Currently when link is clicked by user who have received the invite, need to scroll manually to enter their country code. Search and fill simple availability has to be there for seamless user experience.

Suggestions in NPM package for MSG91 integration
1st Keyboard should open automatically when the popup to enter number comes. 2nd form field type should be given 3rd automatically read the OTP and open the keyboard

Hello - KB Article Maximize Feature | For Best User Experience
Currently the sizes available are small enough in Hello-Chat. If we make updation and bring an option to maximize so that a User can open it in new window. It will be great User Experience to check the KB resources and also navigate between KB and Live chat. KB should open in new tab with full screen size.
