The client wants an alert option similar to what we get on Slack when we receive any kind of notification.
Hello team, As per the client's statement "Can you enable us an option where users get notification alerts whenever they receive a message from their respective customers? Because the users will be working on multiple tasks at the same time and few users are getting missed when they didn't check the chat window and leading to delay in responses to customer queries. So we require a notification alert in Hello chat even if the users are not in that particular tab. We need a desktop notification or anything like in Slack we get a Dot kind of alert where it says there is a message for you". So client want an option from where he will gonna know that some notification/alert was there in the Hello if customer send the query.
